Marco Ambriz, Lead Pastor - Marco was born in San Antonio, Texas and was raised as a pastor's kid in a Spanish-Speaking Church. Pastor Marco and Pastor John do the majority of Sunday worship teaching.
Marco holds a B.A. in Pastoral Studies from Patten University and a M.Div from Fuller Seminary.
He and Nicole are the parents of two young children.

Nancy Lewis, Pastor of Congregational Care - Nancy was born and raised in Chicago. Nancy oversees the church's pastoral care. Nancy is committed to making First Covenant a place of healing where people can be "safe and real."
Nancy holds a B.S. and a Masters in Education. Nancy did further studies at North Park Theological Seminary.
Nancy and her husband Andy are the parents of two grown daughters.

John Fanous, Associate Pastor - Raised in Southern California, John's parents immigrated from Egypt. His background includes college ministry with InterVarsity and church planting with the Evangelical Covenant Church. He oversees the Middle School ministry and leads various church initiatives.
John holds a B.A. in Sociology from UC Berkeley and M.A. in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary.
He and Beckie are parents of two school-age sons and a young daughter.

Chamron Phal, Associate Pastor - Chamron was raised in Cambodia and is a survivor of the horrors of the Khmer Rouge. Along with his ministry to the wider congregation, Chamron leads a Khmer language worship service each Sunday. Chamron is also the founder and director of Vision for Cambodia. His passion is in developing leaders and churches in Cambodia.
Chamron studied at Golden Gate Seminary. He and Lekun have two grown sons and a daughter at home.

Danny Fitelson, Pastor to Children and Families - Danny oversees all children ministries including our summer Kids Camp.
Danny grew up in Oakland and attended Thornhill Elementary, Montera Junior High and Skyline High School. He came to faith in Jesus through the high school ministry here at First Covenant in 1990. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara and is a graduate of Fuller Seminary.
He and Bethany have a two young children.

Calvin Ho, Associate Pastor - Calvin grew up in Hong Kong and Hawaii. He is the coordinating pastor of the 11am service, a cafe-style worship gathering. He currently oversees the areas of Operation, IT, Adult Education, and leads the Young Adult group on Wednesday night.
Calvin holds a B.S. in bioengineering from Cornell University, a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA, and a M.Div from Fuller Seminary.

Rhonda Ramos, Ministry Associate - Rhonda was born and raised in Alameda. Rhonda was a crucial leader in the founding of the 11am service. She will now be resourcing and coordinating all of our worship services and will be assisting Pastor Marco with the High School Ministry.
Rhonda has a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from San Francisco State University.
She and her husband Jonathan were married in 2014.

Wina Burnama, Executive Administrator - Wina grew up in Indonesia. She manages the church office and numerous "happenings" at the church.
Wina attended Heald Business College and St. Mary’s College, majoring in Business Administration. She also studied Early Childhood Education at Merritt College and has taught in the Pre-K class at FCC’s Treehouse Preschool & Kindergarten.
She enjoys being a team mom, swimming, running, crafting, baking, and sipping a soy latte.

Chrissy Woo, Office Administrator - Chrissy was born and raised in Oakland and enjoyed growing up with FCC as her spiritual home. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University in May 2012 with a BA in Global Studies and is excited to see what God has in store as she is now back in Oakland and seeking for ways to plug in and serve her home community. She is not only excited to join the FCC Staff, but also loves hanging out with our high school students and occasionally singing and leading in the 11am worship service.
Arlyn Ranillo, Bookkeeper - Arlyn, born and raised in the Philippines. Having a background in show business, they partner with Filipino churches to produce concerts and assisting in community projects.
Arlyn and Jonathan are parents to two grown children and two children at home.
